Anthroposophy does not want to impart knowledge. It seeks to awaken life.

The Waldorf Steiner Early Years Programmes have a balanced approach around intellectual, emotional and physical needs of every child in a developmentally appropriate way. We engage their imagination and initiative through free play, arts, singing, and movement. Teaching is oral, practical, and creative.

Parent-assisted classes offer a gentle introduction to a social setting for curious infants and toddlers. Children learn by imitating parents and the Waldorf facilitator, actively participating in purposeful tasks – such as baking bread, cutting fruit, laying the table and cleaning up – that help develop their gross motor skills. They feel safe in a peaceful environment and gradually adjust to the quiet rhythm that encourages free play, stokes their imagination and brings about independence.

Many parents look forward to this environment as a haven, not just for their children but also themselves, establishing connections with like-minded families and forming a community.
